Lotus Tree Massage and Wellness is now offering Yoga Classes. Class size is small, limited to about 5 students per class and cannot offer a walk in policy. Please contact me personally for space availability.
No previous yoga experience is required, but you should be somewhat able to get up and down off of the floor with relative ease. Mats and yoga supplies are available, but please bring your own mat if you have it. Dress comfortably to allow freedom of movement and body coverage (no running shorts, please) and refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to class.

Mondays: 6:30-7:30 PM
Saturdays: One Saturday per month will be devoted to a 90 minute workshop to include: Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga stretching, Restorative and Relaxation Poses. SEPTEMBER 23rd 9:00-10:30 am is our next workshop. Class size limited to 5 students. Please call (513) 316-2206 to Pre-Register/hold your spot! Cost is $20.

Yoga Therapy: Yoga describes a variety of practices developed in ancient India to unify body and mind with universal spirit, encouraging physical and mental well-being. Yoga most commonly involves a series of stretching postures (Asanas), breathing exercises, and meditative practices. Diet is also considered important to this discipline. Yoga increases flexibility, improves muscle tone and is helpful in stress reduction. Yoga therapy sessions are designed specifically for the client’s needs and targets their individual health goals.
