Lotus Tree Massage and Wellness offers yoga in an Open Session format, monthly Saturday Morning Sessions and Yoga Therapy appointments. All yoga services can be scheduled on-line. Visit the “Schedule Now” tab on this site to begin your Yoga journey.
No previous yoga experience is required, but you should be somewhat able to get up and down off of the floor with relative ease. Mats and yoga supplies are available, but please bring your own mat if you have it. Dress comfortably to allow freedom of movement and body coverage (no running shorts, please) and refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to class.
Saturday Yoga Sessions: (90 Minutes – $20.00) One Saturday per month will be devoted to a yoga class that incorporates: Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga stretching, Restorative and Relaxation Poses. Open Sessions:(60 Minutes – $15.00) General, individualized yoga instruction when it fits into your schedule. Schedule an hour with me just as you would schedule a massage. This is flexibility on your terms. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Yoga Therapy: (60 Minutes – $65.00) Yoga therapy sessions are designed specifically for the client’s needs and targets their individual health goals. Your session will incorporate a series of stretching postures (Asanas), breathing exercises and meditative practices to facilitate healing – body, mind and spirit.
